    I arrived at the hotel around 2:00 p.m. to check in. Although I understand that check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., there were no staff members present at the front desk or anywhere in the hotel. Another guest was also waiting to check in. We left to get something to eat and returned at approximately 3:30 p.m., at which point there was a long line. After waiting about 45 minutes, we were informed that the hotel had no internet service and therefore could not access our reservation. I showed my reservation confirmation on my phone, but the staff was still unable to retrieve it. They advised that the only way to obtain a room was to complete a manual check-in using cash and cancel my prepaid reservation. I attempted to contact customer support several times by phone and through the live chat, but I was only informed that my reservation was non-refundable. As a result, we were unable to use our reservation and ultimately drove back home. I am requesting that a representative please contact me to discuss this matter and issue a refund. The reservation was never used, despite being paid for in advance. Thank you, ***

    beds were comfy. breakfast was good. pool looked good. not a bad place to stay.

    I checked in early the morning of friday5/8. I stayed in room 335. It was missing its refridgerator and coffee pot and the bathroom toilet was dirty and the tub had silt in it. I was going to call the front desk but there wasn't a phone in the room. Separately the HVAC system was an elderly System unplugged in the corner. I requested maid service in the morning. It never came . When I checked out another guest confirmed his room was never cleaned.
