Most of the reviews are bad but honestly it was a really nice stay. Never gave a deposit and everything i asked for was there. Staff is nice

Hello readers and travelers. For me, traveling and lodging are a luxury. I cut corners and mind every nickel. Not only did I book prepay and arrive with a smile and present attitude, this man at the Sands managed to easily break down all the work ive done on myself to maintain my control and calmness. He was rude aggressive and asked multiple times how many people, proclaimed NO VISITORS, no pets no pets, placed my it's back in the yeah and uttered no. Now, because I desperately lodging, I did not curse him out and tell him what I thought I'd his behavior, I remained can and docile. Then he request 100 security deposit. My heart broke as I didn't have it. It was double the taste of the room almost. I gathered my id and made my pace neck to my car where I had a breakdown. This man prejudged me, this man was rude, this man has no sense of hospitality and he will never get the opportunity to speak to me that way again. I'm a veteran of the United States Army I'm a disabled senior citizen and this man talk down to me like I was trash garbage and as God is my witness he will never have the opportunity to treat me in that manner ever again so I came to write this review some of the questions I was asked I stayed middle of the road with because I didn't actually get to get into a room to see how clean it was to see you know if those questions they were asking were indeed good or bad so I just stayed in the middle of the road. However customer service hospitality completely rude unacceptable and inexcusable

When I got here the man that was at the desk was not that nice he told me there is a 100 deposit I told him there was nothing online about that he said who cares 100 or you don’t stay here and he as not nice and all he did was say thinks where I couldn’t hear him
