Everything. Located near everything, the home is gorgeous and had everything you need. We also helped fix some things for the owner and we’re glad to of helped. She was wonderful.
The grass was up to our knees which is sketchy in fl bc of snakes.

Both management co & owner were readily available. The pool was wonderful. They had the house well stocked w supplies; beds were comfortable. Location was awesome...close to beaches, restaurants, museums. TV was large w Netflix.
A flyer or notebook w house info & restaurant/entertainment options
would be great. And possibly a teapot. Attention to condition of frying pans.

Location, accommodated on short notice, swinging chairs.
Small bathrooms, low shower heads, broken towel racks, step up into other rooms, pool was dirty, pad around pool dirty, pool floats moldy, spider webs outside, yard grown up. Messaged host about possibly extending stay (day before last day) and still have not heard back.
