The Success Guest House

The room was beautiful and clean. We have electric blankets, extra blankets and a heater. The bathroom was clean and we had hot water to shower. plenty of parking space with shade. sufficient bottled water.

The security guard was RUDE.......we got to the property around 23:00, we called the number on the gate because there was no one at the gate to assist. the property manager said he is coming. out of nowhere comes this guy, he had no branded clothing to show he is the security guard for the property.tells us he is the one who has the room keys to our room so we can continue and call the number on the gate and see who will assist us. tell him to fix his attitude it sucks, you dealing with clients.

The bedding was clean and comfortable.

Nothing everything was on point as I anticipated

The Rooms are stunningly clean, beds are super comfortable and it is literally a few seconds away from the CBD

I loved everything

When we arrived at the guest house, our booking was not there, and it was fully booked, so there was no room available for my husband and I. Apparently, the person who runs the guest house's account here does not inform the staff of the bookings from the app, and so they only prepare for bookings made directly with the guest house. However, on the plus side, they apologised and made an alternative booking for us at a different guest house not too far that was even nicer.
