The apartment was spacious and cool. Clean and well kept. The view from the very large balcony was peaceful and relaxing. Pool area was also very nice.
The street it is located in needs a lot of clearing up, pavements are broken and a lot of dog owners do not clear up after their dog. The local community need to either pick up after their dogs or complain loudly.

El apartamento está genial, amplio, cómodo, con una terraza muy grande en una urbanización tranquila muy cerquita del Puerto de la Duquesa y con una situación estratégica para visitar las mejores playas de Manilva y los puntos de interés de la zona. Andrés muy amable durante toda la estancia resolviendo pequeños inconvenientes sin mucha importancia.
La rampa del garaje es un poco complicada y hace falta maniobrar en cada curva.

Would have liked a few more sun loungers around the pool but we generally managed to get a lounger when we wanted one.
