we loved our stay! great location, close to the yotsubashi line and lots of little restaurants. Our stay was on the upper floor so be aware if you have lots of luggage as its quite narrow and steep. the space is very neat and clean and the beds very comfortable. Very nice bathroom with a large tub as well.
There really isnt any space to store anything or to hang anything up, not even really any hooks even to hang your towels.. they have closets but you are not allowed to use them which is annoying as we stayed for a week and it would have been nice to be able to put some things away.

An airer to dry clothes would have been really handy but we managed without
