Nice studio. Well equipped and very clean.

Distance from city centre. Noise from neighbour downstairs because the adjacent door was not insulated.

Enjoyable stay at the Arches

The instructions for entering the apartment were accurate and easy. There is a charming small patio and the efficiency is attractive. Good shower and good WiFi reception. There was free street parking.

The efficiency has no sink so you can’t wash dishes.

Perfect compact unit, not too far from city centre. Hosts have done a great job in meeting guests needs. Unit is spotlessly clean. Modern cosy decor. It was a joy to sleep in crisp bed linen on a very comfortable bed. Great to have a kitchenette. Appreciated little extras and little court yard is a bonus. Would highly recommend and we felt it was great value for money. So appreciate Celine's communication and attention to detail. Many thanks.

Confortable, joli, arrangeant, stationnement facile. Très bonne literie et quartier très calme.

Le chauffage était éteint à notre arrivée, heureusement le studio s'est très vite réchauffé.

L'appartement etait super propre, tres bien décoré, on se dent comme a la maison. Le quartier est très bien situé, pres du centre ville mais pourtant tres calme. Petite attention qui nous a fait plaisir, le chauffage etait allumé a notre arrivée, avec negatif dehors, nous avons apprécié

La situation : pas de problème pour se garer. La chaleur que l' on peut régler. Le confort des lits

Vergane glorie is leuk maar ook nadelig

Ruime kamer met uitzicht op Maas, fietsen konden in de garage. Sfeer van vergane glorie is apart, Japanse stijl was leuk.

Was allemaal wat smoezelig, ramen konden niet open wat niet fijn is. WC was op de gang terwijl er wel een sauna in onze unit stond, die waarschijnlijk niet te gebruiken was. Helaas ook geen mogelijkheid om thee te zetten terwijl er wel een ruime gezamenlijke ruimte is.

la terrasse ombragée longtemps la situation en ville, commerces, gare, proche centre la facilité pour se garer et le contact facile et rapide avec nos hôtes

Chambre très propre tres bien équipée et très bien décorée. Il ne manque rien et l’emplacement est pratique pour visiter la ville . Il y a des places gratuites dans la rue pour se garer .

Ruhige Lage und sehr komfortable Betten. Tolles Zimmer mit abschliessbarem Innenhof (Fahrräder). Innenstadt in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Rustige locatie op wandelafstand van het centrum. Makkelijk te vinden met duidelijke instructies voor de sleutel. Fijn dat de moto privé het koertje kon staan. Heel proper en verzorgde accomodatie!

Klein, maar fijn. Alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig.

Tijdens het afhalen van de beddengoed, wat wij altijd doen om de eigenaars te helpen, ontdekten we (verse) bloedvlekken op het matras die niet van ons waren. Update na reactie eigenaars: We worden nu neergezet als leugenaars, maar het blijft apart dat er wel bloed te vinden was op het matras, maar niet op de hoeslaken, wat wellicht door ons zelf veroorzaakt had kunnen zijn. Beetje jammer inderdaad.
