Great spot in the heart of Asahikawa. Property is as per photos and was comfortable. The communication of the staff was great before and we were given lots of tips of where to go when we arrived.
Only bathroom is downstairs and stairs are steep - no issue for us, but may be for less able.

私がbooking内のメールを確認していなくて、予約時に書いていたチェックイン方法と異なった為、チェックインの仕方がわからず電話をかけましたが、電話の対応は的確でわかりやすく、親切でした。
お部屋などは清潔感ありましたが、お風呂だけカビで汚れていて、掃除したい気分になり残念でした。 あと個人の好みの問題ですが、私と子供は普段敷き布団で寝ているため、ベットの寝心地が合わず、また落下の不安もあったため、1階のフローリングに手持ちのマットを引いて寝ました。エアコンで涼しいところで良く眠れたので、問題ないのですが、押入れにカバーがかかってない布団類もあったので、ベットか敷き布団か選べたら最高だったなと思います。
