Abode Nashville - Germantown

Great location

There were some minor repairs needed but that did not affect our stay.

good location, great value

Property needs a refresh, more lightbulbs needing replaced than functional. Property met description but could use an overall refresh, Ex paint, glasses inventory/restock, etc.

The space for the amount of people we had traveling was perfect.

The remotes to the TVs that were there didn’t have strong enough batteries. Two of the bedrooms didn’t have TVs either.

The location is good - within walking distance of several restaurants and a reasonable ride to downtown.

Three main things. 1) My son-in-law, a registered guest of mine, arrived at the property at the agreed upon check-in time; however, the door code would not work. He was on hold or waiting on a response for 45 mins in 100 degree heat in Nashville until they updated the door code remotely and he could finally get in. 2) An Abode maintenance worker came to the apartment while we were there to repair a broken dishwasher. He entered the door code before even knocking, making us very uncomfortable. We allowed him to come in (a woman was with him - apparently a girlfriend) and he confirmed that the dishwasher was not working, but we asked him to leave and return after we checked out. 3) We had extended our stay by one night and had confirmation of this; however, we were away on the last full day of our stay and returned to find ourselves locked out. The Abode number for emergencies was not responding. We were fortunate that an onsite manager walked by and gave us entrance. I will NEVER stay at an Abode property again, and would not recommend them.
