Aesthetics, very beautiful. Great location near the lake.
For a 5 star rated stay, the bathrooms should be better (bathtub seemed a bit outdated and not very romantic to be fair). The gym is very very poor and the massage room had a music that was not relaxing.

The location was ideal for us. The main traditional building was beautiful. The restaurant was first class and served very good food. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.
The room we had was poorly laid out. The wardrobe area was so dark, I couldn’t se inside it, despite there being a small light inside. There was only access to a plug on one side of the bed. It would have been good if there had been a mirror at the table area that could have been used as a dressing table. The patio doors were very difficult and heavy to open. The walls were very thin and we could hear the other residents very clearly.

I enjoyed the food, comfort and level of service. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I will go back.
The billing of extras was confused. It would be beneficial for guests to sign for any service after having it. So paying the bill, took longer than expected as there were mistakes.
