About this apartment rental
Perfectly located ground-level condo at Trappers Lodge in Summit Village. Our private deck overlooks the 10th tee of the Summit Golf Course, and you are just a 5-minute walk to the Lakeview Hotel.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The condo features two bedrooms, each with its own attached full bathroom:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed and one Full bed.
Bedroom 2: Two Queen beds.
Extras: A Queen air mattress is available on request. We also provide a Pack n' Play and highchair for families traveling with little ones.
Please Note: Space & Occupancy:
We have set our maximum occupancy to 10 guests primarily to accommodate requests from families traveling with children. However, please be aware that the unit is 1,150 sq ft. At this size, the space will feel tight for any group of 10, regardless of the guest mix. We share this context upfront to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay and realistic expectations.
Please limit reservations to a maximum of 7 adult guests. Any booking that exceeds 7 adults is subject to cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation being made. Exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Amenities & Resort Access:
Full Kitchen: Stocked with all the cooking essentials—just bring the food!
Pool Access: Includes access to the indoor & outdoor at the Lakeview Hotel in Summit Village.
Private Beach Club: Access to the exclusive beach club located on Lake Bellaire.
Important: There is a $800 charge for a lost pool pass, as this is the direct replacement cost charged by the Shanty Creek resort.

Great experience for a guys golf weekend. Loved the location and surrounding area. The condo itself had nice modern appliances and plenty of space. The host was really easy to deal with and very accommodating.

We will be back for sure!! Not only was this the best VRBO experience I’ve ever had, but my family LOVED it too! The beach was our favorite as there was so much for my kids {ages 13, 12, 10 and 8} to do! Complete with games, sports, water/sand toys, and a beautiful beach to boot! The accommodations were excellent too, it had everything we needed to be comfortable and more. plus the host was extremely responsive and helpful from chick in to check out!

Easy for me to give this place a perfect 5 stars, with the highlight being communication from the host. So many things to love about this condo including its location/proximity to all the amenities we were looking for. We will be back.
