Sterling & Sage

This room was the surprise of our vacation! Loved the steam-engine era decor of the room, which was also thoughtful in the extras found throughout. Especially loved the “river” that ran out of the shower and across the bathroom floor. Our evening entertainment was an eagle’s nest we watched from our private balcony until the sun went behind the hills. Should our travels ever bring us back through Chama, we’ll be staying in this same room again!

The staff was outstanding in meeting our dynamically changing arrival ans departure dates. Eager to satisfy our needs and ensure any needs were met expeditiously. A pleasure to deal with a live person who made our stay a memorable adventure.

A minor keypad issue with an inoperable digit caused only a slight delay accessing a room and was easily overcome with our assistant on the phone.

Great communication before arrival and after. Met all my expectations!

Not a thing.

The location was perfect for our stay. The room was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The reservation and no contact check in was seamless and uncomplicated. We would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

I honestly cannot think of anything I did not enjoy. It took me a little extra time to climb the stairs, but the fact that there were stairs was clearly stated in the description of the room. This is not a complaint...I am older and have an issue with my leg. :)
