About this apartment rental
Enjoy the world-famous Maui sunset while you kick back and relax on your private lanai! This second floor unit has been recently remodeled complete with a new kitchen and bathrooms. It is surrounded by lush tropical foliage and has partial ocean views. The spacious lanai is perfect for pupus (appetizers) and cocktails or your morning coffee. Oversized sliding doors allow you to experience indoor/outdoor living from the entertainment area to the lanai. The entire home has been newly decorated with a beachy modern vibe. Guest comfort and enjoyment of our island getaway was our #1 priority when choosing each piece.
The spacious living room features a large Smart TV and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa adds space to sleep up to 6 guests total. The dining area has seating for four with an additional four seats at the kitchen counter. The kitchen has been fully updated and is a serene escape unto itself. Beautiful stone counters, gorgeous cabinetry, and top of the line appliances are complemented by all the gadgets and kitchenware you will need to whip up gourmet meals fit for Queen Liliuokalani.
This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is perfect for small families and also couples traveling together! The primary bedroom is located upstairs with a King Size bed and en suite bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in pebble floor shower. The secondary primary bedroom, located on the first floor, also has an en suite bathroom with a tub and features 2 twin XL beds that function great for children and adults alike. Both bedrooms offer private lanais making each your own private oasis!
Maui Kamaole is situated in Sunny South Kihei where 6 miles of sandy beaches are waiting to be explored! You are perfectly nestled in between two of Maui's best beaches, Keawakapu Beach and Kamaole III Beach. This complex is all about location! Everything you need is a short walk from the condo, including incredible restaurants, shopping, and the Kihei nightlife. The famous Shops of Wailea with luxury shopping and dining are a short five-minute drive. The Kihei boat ramp is located right across the street where you can embark on snorkel and boat adventures. Maui Kamaole offers two pools and hot tubs with one located just steps from your condo. Or if tennis is your game, there are two courts to enjoy on property, as well as BBQ areas right outside the condo to grill up a Hawaiian style feast. This condo is truly a retreat to relax and enjoy all that Maui has to offer!

The place was immaculate, clean and thoughtful. It had all that was needed - just enough. The layout of the unit was very nice. The community is quiet and beautiful. We had some minor issues and the CB team was prompt, the crew were very professional and courteous. Would love to come back to same place. Location of property is just perfect.

We loved our stay in F203. It is definitely the most updated unit we have enjoyed, and the property was as quiet and beautiful as ever. The kids had a blast in the pools and walking to and from the beach.

Overall the Condo was very comfortable for 4 people. I am going to start with the Pro's: The condo is in a great location with great views from the balcony which is nice sized. The condo has had lots of updating except the carpet was dirty with stains, which I am sure if it was shampooed these would come out but really should have replaced the carpet with the same Vinyl plank as in the entry. There is lots of throw rugs covering the carpet. The master bedroom bed was quite comfortable which is always a plus. The cons, first is the management company, I have rented another condo in the same complex and was able to deal directly with the condo owners and they were wonderful, I could message them and they would answer within an hour usually sooner. If you have any issues with this condo don't expect any response. I phoned twice and left voice mail and never did get a call back. The microwave did not work and we ended up throwing out good food because we were unable to reheat it in the microwave and this was costly. The condo had no type of board games for kids, no boogie boards, no beach umbrellas, only 3 beach chairs very little beach stuff at all. Its not really convenient to have to go rent all this stuff and for the price of the condo it should come equipped with at least enough stuff for people. The Hot Water tank for upstairs shower is set very low so showers are lukewarm this is with it turned all the way to the hot side and very little water pressure so if you are ok with that then its not really a con. So take my review and see if any of these things are a deal breaker for you and if not book this condo as I said great location and view but lacks big time on management side. Also there is no necessities for cooking except salt and pepper, no cooking spray, no other spices, no saran wrap, I mean nothing and it costs a lot to have to buy this stuff. I have rented several condos through VRBO with owners as the managers and all but this one was stocked with extras
