We gathered family members for a graduation weekend and the accommodations were perfect for us. Plenty of room for all and the great space on the main floor was perfect for when we wanted to gather together. The neighborhood was pleasant and we enjoyed the proximity to beaches and restaurants.

The property was nice but it was false advertised the house was not 200 feet from the beach and we did not have beach view. The access to the beach was very limited. Over priced for what we got.
