We recommend having a vehicle on hand! May fit up to 5 vehicles in driveway, but it will involve careful maneuvering of cars as well as moving vehicles to let each other in and out.

- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.

- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.

- Please note that hot tub takes around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub or pool may not be hot upon arrival.

- Due to the rural location of this property, cell phone reception may occasionally be spotty.

- No RV or Trailer Parking.

- Guests are responsible for providing their own charcoal and firewood

Overall the place was as advertised. Only issue was the remotes for some of the televisions were not working and there was no remote for the movie theater room so we were unable to watch any movies as a family

Beautiful view and the location was perfect if you want to be tucked away in the mountains but still get out and about quickly. DG is 5 minutes away which was convenient. Overall, our stay was great and the house was exactly as advertised. One of the bunk rooms actually had 2 double beds which we weren’t expecting. Lots of things for little ones to do! Internet buffered when trying to watch movies but we just turned everything off and it worked fine. We had an issue with a clogged sink and smoke alarms beeping. Maintenance came and took care of these issues the same day. The parking is a little tricky but we had 7 vehicles and were able to park 5 up too comfortably. There is a little curb coming up that will hold 2 if needed. I will say the house isn’t well insulated….you can hear little and big noises, but when you have 20+ people in a house that is expected. We made lots of memories and are thankful for a nice house that accommodated our large family.

Pros: a bathroom for each bedroom, double of every major appliance in kitchen. Open concept upstairs which was nice for all 13 of us to be together. Conveniently located and not too far up the mountain. Texting owner was easy about the hot tub that was malfunctioning. It did get fixed but bad that it was at the end of our stay there. Cons: the floor was filthy. You had to wear socks or your feet were black. They really just needed a really good mopping. Parking is really bad. Really only enough room for 3 cars, anymore than that you have to move stuff around. The swings around the bonfire tilted down so it wasn’t very comfortable. But all in all it worked for us and the owner was very friendly.

The cabin had tons of space and plenty to do. With 2 stoves and 2 fridges, we had plenty of space to cook for ourselves and spend the night watching the game in the theater, playing shuffle board or swinging by the fire pit. No crazy gravel road to the cabin meant getting out and about was a piece of cake. Fantastic experience

The property was very peaceful and beautiful. It was easy to check in and the property manager was very prompt on answering questions or concerns. The only issues we had was the temperature of the hot tub even when turning the temperature down, it was still way too hot (passed normal hot tub temp). I let the manager know right away. Some of the flooring was popping up in some areas but not too bad. Being able to have your own room and bathroom was very nice and also the ample room in the kitchen. Overall the stay was very wonderful.

The cabin was wonderful. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms no one was crowded. The kitchen is amazing this was the place where we would gather and enjoy each others company. We were a group of ladies that came to be filled with the Love of Christ. If you hadn’t been to women of joy conference I would highly recommend it. This place would accommodate a group perfectly. The only suggestion that I have for the owner is the parking spaces. Thank you for sharing a beautiful place.

The house was amazing. Close to everything but far enough away to enjoy. We were pleasantly surprised at how many cooking supplies they had. I don't have anything bad to say except for the parking. We are jenga masters, so we were able to figure it out, just a little frustrating at times. Plenty of space for the whole family. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

First off, our stay here was excellent, the house itself Easily accomidated the 13 of us. The seperate bedrooms and the individual bathrooms were a huge plus. The theater room was a great place to fit everyone for gamenights, and the large dinner table fit us all easily. Everything here was purposefully built to comfortably fit a large number of people while still giving them their individual space. The Kitchen is gigantic and open concept, having doubles of each appliance made cooking for a crowd very easy. The host was nice and incredibly quick with their responses! There were just a few quirks that are worth mentioning. 1. The parking can only really accomidate maybe 3-4 cars in the upper square lot. After that each car has to park in the winding driveway up to the house. There was a lot of vehicle shuffling throughout the weekend. (The host is aware of this and mentioned they were looking to improve it) 2. While the house itself is well built, there were a lot little things that felt pretty cheap. The laminate floors have started to unstick in a few of the hallways & bedrooms. The chairs in the theater did not feel very stable to recline on and the armrests felt dubiously attached, The hot tub thermometer is incredibly off. We measured it at over 110 when the built in meter said only 94, this made it tough to spend any meaningful amount of time in it. All are small fixes that I'm sure the host could take care of quickly. All in all, we'll absolutely stay here again!

This property has every amenity needed for a large group. The kitchen is well apportioned with large refrigerators and two microwaves, stoves, dishwashers, and coffee makers. Enjoying a movie in the theater was fun, but having to figure out how to sync the two screens was a challenge since the tvs are not connected. The game room was always a reprieve. The new owner was very responsive and helpful. Our group will certainly consider another stay in the future.

We really enjoyed our time here. It was big enough to house 15 of us comfortably. Beautiful view. Loved the fact that there’s 2 refrigerators, dishwashers, and microwaves. Just one word to the wise. There is rebar sticking out of the ground down by the trash bins. If one is taking out trash at night, it could be bad. Otherwise, nice and spacious.

After reading reviews we contacted the owner before renting. The owner was responsive and I wanted to give a detailed view and reason why you should absolutely choose this place to stay. The parking- the driveway is long. At the top you can park three next to each other and then two more on the flat area. On the driveway you could probably fit four more cars. Yes you would have to move cars to allow others out but there is plenty of parking. Every bedroom but one of the 9 has its own bathroom. And the one that does not is right next to the bedroom. The kitchen has double every appliance for convenient cooking. The fire-pit was by far the entertainment of the evening. ( must bring own wood) The things to bring. The water has a smell of sulfur will need water for drinking. The kitchen has a mix of things to use but missing things like hot pads. Blankets, there are no extra blankets. We all enjoyed our stay very much. The location of this place was phenomenal and if we ever have a family get together again we will book this place.

The house was great for our group of 18 adults. It was clean and well supplied. We spent much of our time on the porches. The only negative issues were the lack of sufficient parking and the bathrooms could have used a few more washcloths. There were plenty of towels and hand towels. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come again.

The location and check-in process was good. It is close to the park and away from the busier spots closer to Gatlinburg. The kitchen had everything we needed with 2 ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers. We could have used more than one kitchen trash bag but otherwise was well stocked. The only issue we found was just the overall cleanliness the cabin. The floors were not as clean as we have had in other cabins and some bathrooms were a little dirty as well. Not horrible but just not as good as other places. The hot tub also would not get as hot as we are used to and the just sometimes wouldn't work. Overall, it was a good cabin and a good stay.

The overall experience was great! Great location, clean, spacious, and up to date cabin! My family loved staying here. Parking wasn’t great but we made it work and the internet was up and down but it was like that for every where we went! I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great family trip!

Sad from start to finish a rough attempt at putting new things in a old house. 1. Cleanliness, hot tub extremely nasty, filters plugged and green. They sent a repairman to look at he just laughed and said there was nothing wrong but needed cleaning and filters but said they didnt have new filters for so he drained and refilled leaving the filth in the bottom. Stating he would gladly charge 800.00 for a repair. 2. Well water which isn't listed on rental full of sulfer and sulfer oxide bacteria. Half of our guests went home to bath because odor was so bad. 3. Nail sticking out at head heigth for grandchild that caused puncture wound in his head. 4. For 9 bedrooms there was ample parking for 3 vehicles. We shuffled cars all week. One of my grand kids parked at nearby cabin of which we was told after owner sent someone to check out because they seen a vehicle on the camera. Then our host texted us we had to move it or it would be towed. 5. Be very carrful when you take out the trash you have to walk down 2 long flights of stairs one of which is covered with slippery black mold. 6. One of the dishwashers didnt work and it would make you vomit it stunk so badly. 7. Internet streamed good on day 1 but after that couldnt watch anything i had to use my phone as a hotspot to watch the first half of the superbowl. Then i ran out of data on my phone.. 8. Be very careful in driveway the well for the house is in the corner of the parking area that i almost ran over not knowing it was th
