Surrounded by a lush 8,000 m² garden, a 12×6 m pool, a pool house, a pétanque court, a soccer field, a vegetable garden, and a piano, the peaceful, natural atmosphere of the property is perfect for unwinding.
Le Mas Etienne will charm you with its spacious 70-square-meter living area, where, within a single open-plan layout, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a minimalist dining room, and a spacious living room—all opening onto a 140-square-meter terrace and the surrounding garden.
On the first floor, the farmhouse consists of:
- an entryway; a half-bath;
- a fully equipped kitchen designed to prepare exceptional meals;
- a simple dining room, facing the kitchen and the south-facing terrace;
- a spacious, rectangular living room opening onto the south- and west-facing terraces;
- a first bedroom, featuring a 140 cm double bed, private shower, separate toilet, and closet;
- a second bedroom: 160 cm double bed, private double shower, separate toilet, and closet;
- and a third bedroom: 160 cm double bed, private shower, separate toilet, closet;
- laundry room.
Finally, the farmhouse’s single floor offers:
- an office area and a children’s playroom for fun or stargazing;
