The Space:
A modern and recently renovated house, only 4km from the beach, with a large patio surrounding the house, will offer you a unique experience. The area offers a feeling of seclusion, which will make you enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation.
The property features a spacious relaxing living & dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 comfortable bathrooms, one with bathtub and the other with shower!
The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed. In the living room, there are 2 sofas, one comfy double sofa and one comfortable double sofa-bed! Furthermore, all the areas of the house have A/C. On the big balcony, where you have access through the living room, you can sit and have a refreshing drink or a meal of your choice while enjoying the view of the garden! You can, also, enjoy some sunny moments in the patio or some mighty sunsets, while enjoying your favourite drink under the shady corners.
On the kitchen of the property, you can prepare homemade meals cooked with pure local products like the olive oil that we will offer you! The property provides you all the essentials needed for your vacation!

The property is located in the village called 'Filiatra', in Messenia, Peloponesse, Greece. While staying in the village, you will be able to feel a sense of seclusion and relaxation, while its location is ideal for exploring the beautiful beaches, cosmopolitan places and archaeological destinations! Only 500 m. away from the property, it's Filiatra's central square, with the beautiful fountain and a play-ground! Around the square you will be able to find everything you might need, like supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants! The location combines the beauty and peace of the rural scenery with the easy access to beautiful beaches. Close to the property you will be able to explore famous beaches such as Stomio Beach(4km), Ag. Kiriaki beach(5km), Agrili beach(7km), Lagkouvardos beach(8km) and the magical infamous Voidokilia beach(25km).

We stayed for nearly a week. During our month long vacation in Greece. This place was hands down the most well appointed of spots. The owner has clearly gone through great lengths to make is hospitable. We arrived with a fridge with water, juice for the kids, olive oil, milk to make our morning coffee. It was so lovely that our kids did not want to leave. (Access to Netflix). Also the proximity to so many beaches, to explore everyday we tried a new beach. We thank Nana the owner for your hospitality and her prompt responses when we ran out of supplies she was so kind, warm and responsive. We hope to come back again soon.
