The apartment was well stocked, especially with towels and the large knives were sharp, something that I appreciate!The host was well organized and we had no issues with accessing the main security gate when we arrived. It is a gated community with friendly residents. The heated pool was great, even on cool days. We would definitely stay here again, but you do need transportation for groceries, etc.

Very easy check in! Kim was available for any questions we had.We love the pool area and utilized the club house game room. The breakfast that was held in the Club House while we were there, was great.Very well kept facility. Clean public areas!

We had an awesome time at Gulf Island. Beautiful view, cleanliness, convenient parking and such friendly people at the security gate. If I had to provide any negatives it would be that there weren't enough coffee mugs! I know this is unimportant but it seemed like we were constantly washing cups. Our agent Kim was excellent! Hope to stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at this location. Great view, cleanliness, and proximity to the pool were only a few of the positive attributes. Would definitely stay here again.
