Decor and views. Bath products very nice.

Kitchen needs overhaul; can't read knobs on stove, teapot broken, pans needed to be replaced, coffee mugs all chipped, french press leaked, faucet leaked. Floors under bed st least an inch thick of dust. Location on 3rd floor - no elevator!!! Was not disclosed. Rooftop unshoveled so not useable. No local guides or information. Not well provisioned. Kleenex and toilet paper poor quality.
