The location and views are amazing. Next to a shopping centre and short walk to the beach. The apartment is beautiful with all amenities and the hosts are very welcoming, responsive and accommodating.

The view was perfect, although there were construction activities underway particularly a scaffolding on the balcony where we were supposed to appreciate the view.
the apartment was not freshened up! we slept in the dirt on day two. We should have opted for a hotel instead of an apartment.
the fixed check-in time was highly inconvenient. this makes hotels more favorable.
if this is their standard operation, bookings.com must make it clear!
the apartments were affected by load-shedding. hotels are normally equipped with alternative power such as backup generators or solar systems.
