The view from 25 floor and its convenient to our purpose.
We were late on our arrival but still our room wasnt ready till 5pm .

Location is perfect and close to all amenities
Sinulog party location. The host is very attentive and very easy to contact. Answer all our questions.
The unit is only good for a max of 3 persons. Maximum 5 people is very inconvenient. No induction stove. Lack of kitchen supplies such as knives and can opener. Cleanliness needs improvement.

The view from the balcony truly is one of the best in Cebu. Shops/cafes right under the unit.
Unit is very clean, well equipped for a short stay and tastefully decorated.
The slide out second bed is handy
The host is very responsive and accomodating.
DO NOT book this unit if you are planning to have any visitors. The building has very strict policy that only the 2 registered guests are allowed to enter. I found this out after booking, and had to cut my stay short there, as this was runining my holiday experience. The host was kind enough to accomodate.
The bed is awkward to get in/out of.
Aircon is very cold at night even on minimal setting. Only very thin sheets are provided to cover youself with, i found them to insufficient to keep warm.
The tiny foldable chairs with no back rest are uncomfortable to sit on for a long time
