The staff were all lovely, helpful and friendly. The pool was great and there is a pool table. The apartment was a good size and there is a free airport shuttle.
Not a dislike really but there isn't a huge choice of restaurants/ cafes etc within walking distance but uber eats delivers!

That they were able to keep our car in a parking lot. It was quiet, and the Shuttle drivers were very personable.
The location was difficult to find because on your website it’s in a different location which is a fair distance. We were arriving on a Friday and traffic in San Jose and the area around is horrible. Waze or Google maps could not get us to the property and it’s in a residential area with a gated guard. Poor signage. If you’re coming from the airport with the shuttle, it’s not a problem, but if you were coming with a car, it’s difficult to find.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the place, the private property and making it convenient to have a ride to the airport was appreciated it was an overnight stay and will recommend this place and the staff was awesome.

Nothing wrong with the property per se. If it actually was where the map indicated I would have rated it an 8 .nice personnel ( if you can find them at reception)
The location on booking.com map is very deceptive. I chose this property based on the proximity to the airport when in fact it is 13 KM away from the airport. It took me 55 minutes in rush hour to get to the airport and another 40 minutes back. I would not have stayed here had I known its location knowing how bad SJO traffic gets in Rush Hour.This was meant to be a quick airport pickup, sleep and drive home.instead it became a 2 hour ordeal.
