I always feel well taken care of, from picking me up at the airport to dropping me back off, and everything in between. They even insisted on supplying someone to escort me up to the restaurant on the corner for dinner because I was a woman traveling alone. I snuck out when they weren't looking though because I didn't see the necessity. I had been there before the last time I came through and stayed with them.
It was inconvenient to plan ahead to have enough cash on hand to pay for my room. The last time I was there, 5 months before, they had accepted credit cards. It is further from the airport than a lot of other places but that's why the price is better I guess.

Nice looking and clean
It says it is located 500m from the airport close to Starbucks and city mall but this place is about à 15 minute drive from the airport it is not close to anything and not close to any places it’s in a residential area and you should change that in the description

Zeus make airport transfers so easy - is included as part of the price. We didn't have cash to pay for the hotel and they very helpfully gave us a lift to the nearby ATM to get some. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an easy stay before/after a flight.

Nothing wrong with the property per se. If it actually was where the map indicated I would have rated it an 8 .nice personnel ( if you can find them at reception)
The location on booking.com map is very deceptive. I chose this property based on the proximity to the airport when in fact it is 13 KM away from the airport. It took me 55 minutes in rush hour to get to the airport and another 40 minutes back. I would not have stayed here had I known its location knowing how bad SJO traffic gets in Rush Hour.This was meant to be a quick airport pickup, sleep and drive home.instead it became a 2 hour ordeal.
