Apartament niewielki, ale czysty, dobrze wyposażony. Ładnie urządzony, piękna klatką schodowa. Dużym plusem jest dobra lokalizacja. Z dworca Łódź Fabryczna można spokojnie dojść spacerkiem. Do ulicy Piotrkowskiej parę minut. Do manufaktury spacerkiem 20 minut.
Kanapa w salonie mało wygodna do spania. Rozjeżdżająca mocno. Widać już zużycie. Brak balkonu. Apartament przy samym przystanku tramwajowym więc trzeba się nastawić na hałas od samego rana. Mieszkanie na 3 piętrze bez windy.
