Η τοποθεσία είναι καταπληκτική, σε λόφο με θέα, απόλυτη ησυχία. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες που μεγαλώνουν παιδιά σε πολυκατοικίες. Το σπίτι σε φέρνει σε επαφή τόσο με την φύση και την απλότητα της παράδοσης, όσο και με τον πολιτισμό που είναι πολύ κοντά στα διακόσια πενήντα μέτρα (καταστήματα παροχής αγαθών, υποδομές εστίασης, διασκέδασης, άθλησης). Στο κέντρο του νησιού των Κυθήρων που ακολουθούν πιστά την ισόρροπη ποιοτική τουριστική ανάπτυξη, κοντά σε όλα, στο Λιβάδι, στην Χώρα, με τις νυχτερινές βόλτες, το Κάστρο, το Καψάλι κλπ. Μέσα από εκπληκτικές διαδρομές φτάνετε στις στις παραλίες, αφού περάσετε πανέμορφα χωριά. Ευγενέστατος και εξυπηρετικότατος ο διαχειριστής του αρχοντικού ΑΤΙΚ.

The property is close enough to town to be walkable in five or seven minutes yet far enough to be silent at night. After being in small spaces for a number of weeks, I thought it was wonderful to have so much room: two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a big kitchen, a bathroom, and all for the price of a much smaller "normal" rental for one or two people. The house is over 400 years old, furnished with antiques, and has of course been updated – – though perhaps not all the way into the 21st century! (Don't worry, the internet and TV are fine). But I expected the house to be a little old-fashioned going in, and I was very happy with my choice.

Very charming traditional house, cute, calm and spacious. Very airy. No need of air-conditioning. The location is amazing. Walking distance from Livadi where you can find everything. In close distance by car from many nice beaches and villages. Only 8 minutes drive from Chora. We loved the outdoor shower with warm water. Very convenient after the beach. It had everything we needed for a few days. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He gave us specific instructions for the check in and let us stay longer for check out which was very kind. Also very well equipped against mosquitos and other insects.

Lots of insects outside, a bit isolated, on a road with few houses far from each other. The floor was not very clean. Utencils are basic. I would add some cereal bowls.
