Las paredes tenían mucha humedad, en 2 de los baños se salía el agua y no tragaba bien. Necesita un poco de mantenimiento el alojamiento. En la “habitación” superior no se podía casi dormir del humo de la chimenea. La luz saltó muchas veces por un problema que había. Poco papel higiénico para tantas personas.

The photos on Booking are misleading because they show two different houses that are next to each other, when in reality you only rent one of them. The house itself was very disappointing. It had significant damp and mould issues, and the tap water was not drinkable. We checked in on Saturday, but the bottled water delivery from Aquaservice didn’t arrive until Wednesday, leaving us without drinking water for several days. The kitchen utensils were quite poor and insufficient, and the barbecue area by the pool was very almost broken. The cleanliness was also unacceptable. When we moved some of the beds, we found bags, socks left behind by previous guests, and a large amount of dust underneath. For a group staying a full week, only two rolls of toilet paper were provided, which was clearly not enough. The Booking listing also states that there is air conditioning in all rooms, but this is not true. There is air conditioning only in the living room and the hallway, not in the bedrooms. Additionally, we were a group of nine people, yet there were only two sun loungers by the pool. The only positive aspect was Cristina, who was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of significant improvements and does not match the expectations created by the listing.
