This is a great location between Fish Lake and Capitol Reef. The 2k altitude change makes it a bit cooler than Capitol Reef and a huge relief after a long hike or drive on the back roads (Bentonite Hills). We were able to relax outside and barbecue even though it’s summer. Plus the neighbor’s llama has a baby right now! The owner and property manager are very responsive and caring.

We loved the rural location but it was a little distant to food and restaurants
The farm animals and the cool temperatures were nice
The property had everything we needed and it was nice they left us washing taps
Lots of spices for you to use if you wanted to cook
It was a shame the windows were so dirty and some of the house wasn’t that clean
It was a shame no dishwasher and the water pressure wasn’t great

The amount of space in the home and all the games, toys, puzzles, books and pencils.
It's not cheap.
