About this apartment rental
Recently renovated first floor studio that has a kitchenette and two new Murphy beds (one queen, one double). Color TV and wireless internet, included. This is a dog-friendly room with a maximum of 2 small dogs allowed and a $100 nonrefundable pet fee per dog. Shared laundry facility, and outdoor pool that is open from mid-April to late September, weather permitting. Great location on the Island across the street from the beach access, with the pier only a block away for fishing or riding the waves. The Kindred Spirit is a leisurely 30 - 40-minute walk, which is a good place to sit and contemplate the tranquility of the surroundings. The condominiums are all individually owned and managed as vacation rentals short term in the season, and off-season monthly stays. There is a local market and shops next door and across the street. Also 2 grills are available for grilling and picnic tables for enjoying dining outside. Non-smoking.

Room is sized well for a weekend visit, would likely be a little on the small side for a week long stay if you have more then two people in your group. Perfect location with beach access, local ice cream shop and village market right across the street. Room was clean, could definitely use some updating, but otherwise met the description. Would stay again for a quick weekend trip.

Neighbors were kind of noisy, but the location made it worth it! Not glamorous place to stay, but it was clean and met the needs of my husband and me.

Nice place for value. All we needed! TV didn't work after first day. Silverware tray was dirty. Otherwise cute place!

The image is very misleading. There is about two feet between the beds and no where to store or put our (4 persons worth) of stuff, luggage or clothing. It does "sleep" 4, but does not accommodate 4 people staying there. There is no place to hang wet things.
the folks around were great. We enjoyed the neighbors.
I would go back with just myself, off season or for the weekend.
