Freshly painted and remodeled inside & out with Living Room, Family room, Office/Reading area for the adults and kids! Master Bedroom has a King size bed, a walk-in closet, Smart TV, and luxurious spa-like feel. The 2nd Bedroom has a queen size bed with a double closet. The 3rd Bedroom has two twin size beds. The Family Room has a queen pull out sofa bed, Smart TV and tons of space for you family to enjoy a movie night together.
Located in a quiet family neighborhood only 30 Minutes to beautiful Pine Island beach on the Gulf Coast and only 25 minutes away is Weeki Wachee Springs/Buccaneer Bay water park where you can watch the mermaids in the underwater theatre, Kayak along the river or swim in the springs. SunWest Park is only 15 minutes away. SunWest Park is an outdoor sports and recreation park in Pasco County with a mile long white sandy beach, wrapped around a spring fed freshwater lake right of the coast. The place was nice and roomy, however, there were a few neglected maintenance issues. The sink drains in both the kitchen and the master bath were slow running. The faucet in the guest bath was loose and about to come off when you tried to divert water from the tub to the shower. The wall outlet under the computer desk near the kitchen area has been pulled out of the wall. This definitely needs to be repaired. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash containers were near empty. Some noticeable body hair stuck to the ceramic tile in the master bath, which leads one to believe that the cleaning process is done haphazardly at best. The garage, for whatever reason, is locked. Your vehicle will remain in the driveway your entire stay. Why is it locked? The mattress in the master has long passed its replacement date. You will be sleeping in the impression of previous renters and the hump in the middle is difficult to navigate. Quality sleep is important. You sleep, eat and shower here, and restful sleep is pertinent to how your day goes. For the price you are charging for this rental, replace the mattress for GOD's sake.

We visit the area often due to my father-in-laws health and him living in the area. This is our second stay here at this home. No complaints at all. Very comfy nice home great host and awesome communication.

This property was exactly as I expected it to be from the pictures. We had everything we needed while we were there. The house it a bit older and could use some upgrades. The master bath left something to be desired. The irrigation pump was very loud and the neighborhood was okay.

It is a nice home, and the location is perfect. It wasn't too far from the airport and close to the beach and downtown Port Richey. I wouldn't call it a beach location. A few things could have been better. I can compare this home to other places I have stayed. In general, the house is spacious and clean. If the house can accommodate eight people, then there should be space at the meal table for that many. We had six in our group. Only four people could fit at the table. There need to be more pots and bowls to prepare meals. We ran out of toilet paper one day before we left. There aren't any blankets on the bed. We utilized the bedspreads left in the garage. One of the bedspreads was very dirty. It also had dried blood on it. This had to be noticed by the person cleaning the home. We wanted to access subscriptions on the Smart TV, but we needed a code which we didn't have. Since there wasn't much communication with the host we didn't bother contacting him. I contacted him to let him know that trash was on the lawn. He contacted me to ask if our trash could be taken out and if the trash bins could be taken to the curb. I agreed. He didn't mention anything about the trash on the lawn, not even a thank you for moving the trash bins. It's really important to be able to communicate with the host. I never found the iron and ironing board. At the end of our stay, we were grateful for the washer and dryer. I would recommend this home, but only for a group or family of 4-6 people.
