About this house rental
This beautiful like new townhome is 3.2 miles from downtown Auburn/ Auburn University.
Enjoy a like new unit with brand new paint, furniture, and amenities (dish ware, televisions, linens etc)
Upstairs are two bedrooms each with a queen bed and each with their own bathroom. The main bedroom has a television as well as the en suite bathroom.
Downstairs in a spacious open floor plan with a stylish living room. The kitchen has bar stools as well as a dining table and space to spread out! This unit has two parking spaces that any size vehicle should easily fit in. It is a small easy to navigate complex with just a few townhomes. Park right outside the back patio making the walk from your car to the back door almost non existent. There are four steps from the parking pad to the patio/ back door entrance.
Enjoy the serene back patio with brand new furniture and sun shades, or go out on the front porch and enjoy the across the street view of the pond with water feature.
This unit is close enough for easy access to anything that Auburn has to offer but quiet enough for families to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay.
All linens, towels, and household essentials are provided. A starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc will be provided. Please bring your own/additional if you have a preference or will be staying for an extended period.

We were pleased that lights were left on for our first night. The unit was tidy and homelike, fully met on-line discription. Traveling with 2 grandsons, there was only one complaint (Why is there only one tv?)This was a generational thing. Nana was pleased to spend more time talking with them. No complaints, with the unit.We were concerned when we noticed that contrary to the initial confirmation, of Sunday night thru Tuesday night, a second confirmation, indicated that we were expected on Saturday night. Fortunately, we had no problem when we arrived on Sunday evening.Again we were more than satisfied with the accommodations.

The property was nice, clean, and well furnished. The upstairs does stay a good bit warmer than downstairs. Over all the property manager was very very wonderful and accommodating. We would stay here again and would recommend this home to others.

Went to Auburn with my wife and adult daughters to spend the holiday week with our son and grandchildren. The property is in a great location and perfect for doing anything in Auburn or Opelika. However, there were two issues with this unit. First the two beds are very uncomfortable. All they are is a low quality mattress on a flimsy bed frame. No box spring or mattress pad to make it more comfortable. The sleeping surface is very hard and did not provide a good nights sleep.
Second issue is the AC/Heating system. It was a rather cold week when we were there and I can only speak for the heating system. I would set the upstairs unit to 67 and it would continue to run until the upstairs temperature was 74, way too hot. The downstairs unit would shut off when it reached the desired temperature but it was programmed to reset at 60 degrees in the middle of the night which is way too cold especially for my daughter who was sleeping downstairs.
Address these two issues and I would highly recommend this unit.
