- Upon arrival, all reservations must present a valid ID and credit card for any incidental charges. A $100 refundable deposit is required at check in. It takes 3-5 business days after check out for deposit/incidentals to go back to account (for international cards, it might take longer)
- Hotel is pet friendly and there is a $100.00 plus tax non-refundable cleaning pet fee that also applies to emotional support animals. ONLY service animals are exempt of the cleaning fee
- Hotel is a non-smoking property. $250.00 plus tax smoking fee
