This spacious accommodation features a main house, offering plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and relax. Enjoy the tranquility of the lake from your private pier, take a refreshing dip in the large in-ground pool, or simply unwind in the comfort of the unique dome-shaped home.

WINTER TEXAN RATE: If you’re trying to escape to the Gulf Coast for the winter. Please ask us about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1.
Pest Control: Due to the coastal environment, mosquitoes & seasonal pests may be present. Professional pest control treatments are performed monthly.
WIFI: Free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the home.
Cable: We provide Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own Amazon Prime, Netflix, or other streaming service apps as well.
Pet policy: Up to 3 pets are welcome in our home with a $25 fee per pet. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. Please message us if you’re planning on bringing your furry friend!
Parking: There is parking for up to 5 vehicles. Please plan to carpool if necessary.
Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.
Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.
The main house boasts a spacious and comfortable living area with views of the lake and back porch. The living room then flows into a fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and bar seating as an addition to the nearby dining table.
Just off the kitchen is the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom providing a peaceful retreat. Down the hall, you'll find another full bathroom and a queen-size bedroom for additional guests. Climb the stairs to discover a spacious second-floor bedroom offering three queen beds, a full sized bunk bed, and a twin bunk bed, perfect for families or larger groups.
Unwind on the covered patio after a day on the lake, or prepare a delicious meal on the charcoal grill. Take a refreshing dip in the sparkling in-ground pool (pictures coming soon!), rinse off under the outdoor shower, or simply relax and soak up the beautiful lake views from your private pier.

House Rules
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- The homeowner's routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. They will not need to access the home but will access the yard.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

This lake house was super spacious, beautiful, relaxing, peaceful, and my husband and kids loved the fishing pier. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool. The vicinity is perfect and location was extremely convenient. We'd definitely visit more often. The host was communicative and pleasant.

Every year we rent a lake house for our family reunion. From the booking all the way to check out was a very smooth process. They are highly responsive should you need anything. Great spot on the lake. Easy access if you bring a boat. Plenty of space for activities and keep all ages entertained

To start, the check-in process was a nightmare. I spent a little over an hour trying to get into the property because the access code they provided was incorrect. To have small children waiting outside in the heat was completely unacceptable.
Once inside, it looked as if the property was not thoroughly cleaned. Bugs were EVERYWHERE!!! On the counters, in the window sills, in and on the beds (2 beds were not even able to be used). It’s expected for them to be outside because we are on be lake, but this was horrible. Thank goodness we brought our own bath towels, because the ones provided were still dirty with brown stains on them.
The upstairs outside patio furniture was an added bonus but all the chairs are broken in addition to the couch.
The dock is in desperate need of repairs. There are missing planks. The deck was uneven and to me seemed hazardous.
The pool area was nice, but I wish they would have skimmed it before we got there. I spent at least 45 mins skimming just so we could swim.
The outside patio was great! They advertise an outdoor shower but this is able to be used. It seemed like they use it for a storage shed and the shower stall was filled with dirt and mud.
They have trash cans outside but they weren’t emptied from the previous stay.
If you are looking for a relaxing OUTSIDE experience - this is the place. The views are unbeatable. Again, with the proper cleaning and upgrades, this place could easily be a 10/10.
