Come to Mammoth Lakes for some of the finest skiing/boarding, fishing, hiking and biking. Aspen Creek #122 is fully furnished for your comfort. Located on the first floor above parking garage, which has an elevator. Underground parking for any weather conditions with 2 parking spaces. 2 bedrooms each with full baths. Master has a king bed w/updated shower, and second bedroom has two twins pushed together. Wood burning fireplace for cozy romantic nights. Wi-fi, soundbar, 3 TVs, full kitchen, nearby pool/jacuzzi (BYO beach towel/robe), board games/puzzles/books, snow toys, and seasonal bbq/cornhole game. Walk to Eagle Run to ski or catch the shuttle on the corner to other lifts or to the local "hotspots". Von's Market, Starbucks, pizza, Carl's Jr, movie theater are just down the hill from condo. NOTE: Bed and City Taxes (16%) will be collected via an “admin fee”.

Amazing location! “Walkable” in listings can sometimes stretch the meaning. But this was no exaggeration. We walked easily to the slopes everyday and could even come back for lunch and return, no problem:)Listing accurate. Comfortable. Clean. Well equipped. Great communication. Host was one of the best communicators, very responsive. Location is excellent. Well stocked and comfortable.However, the unit is dated and definitely needs a refresh. This does not take away from the enjoyment of the area.
