About this apartment rental
Second floor until with tiled bathroom, quartz countertops in kitchen and on built-in island for eating/ working. Large screen cable TV in living room and TV in bedroom; wireless internet. King bed with new Memory Foam mattress and a queen Serta sleeper sofa. Full kitchen includes stove, full refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Laminate floors in throughout. The Continental Motel & Apartments offers our guests cozy, individually owned units that are managed as vacation rentals available for short-term as well as off-season monthly stays. Located on Sunset Beach and just across the street from the Atlantic Ocean allows for a simple walk to the Sunset Beach Pier for fishing, or just to spend the day on the area's finest beach strand. When you are done at the beach, enjoy our outdoor pool for a lap or two (mid-April through late-September based on the weather). You'll find a local market and shops next door to us. Wi-Fi available, On-site Shared Laundry Facility, and 2 grills for that fresh caught dinner. Non-smoking. Dog Friendly, $100 non-refundable pet deposit required, max two small dogs

We stayed two nights in this Continental Inn Apt. Unfortunately, the faucet in the bathroom was only a trickle so we were forced to use the kitchen sink. Also, the TV did not work, and although we were there to view potential property purchases, this was the 1st weekend of March Madness. My call to maintenance went unreturned. I was also forwarded to their after hour line when I was clearly within the published office hours for Sloane Vacations.
