Mousses Villas - Bifamiliare Cleo

Mousses Villas are a cluster of 12 detached and semi detached houses situated in one of the most child friendly areas in Greece. The villas are set in lush, tropical gardens and there is a large shared, gated pool (17m by 14m). The 8 semi detached and 2 detached houses have 2 stories, with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom, and sleep up to 5 people (one person on a camp bed in the living room) and have open plan fully fitted kitchen/dining and living areas. There are also 2 villas with private pools (11m by 6m) and these have 3 bedrooms (they sleep 6) and 1 bathroom and 1 shower room with washing machine, as well as a large open plan fully fitted kitchen/ living and dining room . All the houses are air conditioned throughout and there is wifi in the communal areas. There is a poolside bar and taverna on site so there is really no need to go out but if you want to Lefkada town is only a 10 minute drive away. there is a mini market within 5 minutes walk and the beach of Agios Ioannis is a 5 minute drive. Preveza airport is just 30 minutes away. There is also access to the kids clubs catering for children between 6 months and 11 years. Four half day sessions with one evening session (mornings are from 9.30am to 13.00 on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday with an evening session from 19.00 to 22.30 on a Tuesday and the afternoon sessions are from 14.00 to 17.30 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with an evening session from 19.00 to 22.30 on Thursday). This is charged at €210 a week for children aged between 3 and 11 and €240 a week for children aged between 6 months and 3 years. This needs to be booked in advance as there are only a certain amount of children allowed per session.

Please take care driving on these roads. Driving is on the right-hand side. Please note that if you are leaving from the airport you turn right. If you are leaving from the car hire office you turn left. Underlined Km running totals are approximate. 1. Heading along the road for 1.3km, you will approach a roundabout where you will take the first exit (right) following the sign for Lefkada. 2. Continuing straight along the road, you will pass a sign on your right-hand side stating “Antirrio, Lefkada, Vonitsa”. Keep following this main road ignoring all the junctions for 9km. 3. 9km: You will approach a stop sign and T-junction (with garden center opposite). Turn right here. Stay on this road for another 9km until you reach the bridge access to Lefkada. 4. 18km: Cross the floating bridge to Lefkada and then turn right and follow the road which curves to the left around the lagoon. Please note the bridge opens on the hour to allow shipping through and this can take some time in the high season. N.B. this is something to consider when returning to the airport for departure. 5. 21.5 Km following the road around the lagoon (open sea to the right) you will pass the old windmills. 6. 22.3 Km passing the entrance to Mylos Beach Club (you’ll see a vertical flag), indicate right and turn right signposted Agios Ioannis / Agia Marina 7. 22.6 Km continue straight on, signposted Agia Marina. 8. 22.9 Km passing a small church on the right 9. 23.20 Km You have arrived at Mousses on your left. (Dark green sign – MUSES – on right-hand side of road). Please note if you are booked into Villa Castor or Villa Pollox then continue past the main green gates and take the immediate left turn.
