Osobiście lokalizacja nam się podobała, te 1500 metrów od morza spacerkiem to tylko na zdrowie. Świetnie, że teren jest odpowiednio przygotowany tzn. dużo zieleni, nasady drzew i innych roślin dające wytchnienie od wszędobylskiej urbanistyki oraz nadające pobytowi kameralności. Duży parking.
