Overall, we enjoyed our time at Windrock Ridge Cabin and would stay there again.

The location was ideal for enjoying Windrock Park and being close to other friends in local campgrounds. We loved the cabin--especially the back deck, having lots of parking, and the privacy of the location. The inside of the cabin is modern and spacious.

While we understand that it has to be done sometime, we did not enjoy having the owner working on the lower level of the cabin for a couple of days while we were there. Because we did not receive the entry code the day before our arrival, we struggled to get the code as we approached the cabin due to poor cell service from Verizon in that area. The owner provided some additional towels when asked, but it would have been nice to have them ahead of time, along with some additional dishwasher pods, trash bags, and toilet paper. We would also recommend a larger outdoor receptacle for trash.
