Andaman Hills - panoramic sea view house with maid

Our stay at Andaman Hill Sea View Patong was absolutely fantastic! The villa offered breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding hills, making it the perfect retreat. The real highlight, however, was our incredible maid, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and dedication to keeping our villa spotless were truly impressive. We can't recommend this place enough - the stunning views, comfortable amenities, and outstanding service make it a must-book for anyone visiting Patong!

I stayed at Andaman Hill Sea View House in Patong and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The property sits on a quiet hillside right next to a tropical forest just outside the main bustle, giving you a peaceful atmosphere while still being only a short walk to Patong Beach and the nightlife. The view from the terrace is the highlight—it’s stunning to wake up to the Andaman Sea stretching out in front of you each morning with gentle sounds of birds chirping. The house itself is spacious, clean, and well laid out, with modern touches that make long stays very comfortable. The kitchen and living area are great for relaxing, and the bedrooms feel private with plenty of natural light. Everything was well maintained, with strong Wi-Fi and reliable air conditioning—small details that make a stay hassle-free in Thailand’s heat. The walk up the hill did not bother me as I am relatively fit and there are staircases built in to the hill to make it easier. The owners were responsive and warm. Overall, it’s the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, convenience, and those million-dollar sea views. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Patong—especially if you want to enjoy the area’s energy but also retreat to peace and quiet whenever you like.

Quite a nice villa in a fantastic location. Room sizes were excellent, especially the main living area and master bedroom. 3 good balconies with great views.

Yes this property is at the top of a hill, but if you have transport it’s not an issue. And if you’re fit enough, climbing it was not too difficult. There are east to climb stairs. Also, the beds were pretty hard, but I gather that is the Thai style and you do get used to it after a few nights.

The location and the view was very good. Stuff and welcoming were professional.

No A/C in the living room. No ventilation inside the bathrooms. Some of the cameras on balcony pointed to half of bedroom. Curtains doesn’t block the sunlight.
