Summer stay worked out, but would not rent again for the high price and definitely not in winter

Location was not walkable to beach, but worked out ok. We had hiking out the back door and very pretty neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable!

The layout was a bit odd and the entire house was extremely outdated and run down for what we paid. I have been a resident and renter of Tahoe for over 30 years and felt like the pictures were not representative of the home's run down condition. It was very underwhelming. There is no insulation in the house, so you could hear everything from every room. The walls were plywood and panels from the 70's. Carpeting needed replacing and bathrooms were old and tired with swollen areas from water damage.
