Very clean and well appointed. It really was the best location: walking distance to theater district and great eateries. Transportation down the street.
Yes, the price for best location also is putting up with some noice from the neighborhood but bedrooms were away from the noise. Maybe the beds could use an update: Matrasses and platform a bit wobbly. A teapot would be nice. We enjoyed the coffee and tea provided by the owner.

Position
It was a little bit dirty on there, especially in the kitchen and facilities, the windows to ways old and there was someone that doesn’t close completely. The main door of the appartamento doesn’t have a minimum level o security to simple to open

We stayed for a long Weekend. The Apartment is well equipped and offers enough space for 4 people. The Location is very central and easily walkable. It is relatively quiet Inside compared to the City life that is going on outside. Great choice of restaurants and Bars within just a few meters. China town is also just around the cornor. We had a good time.
If your are looking for a very quiet stay, I would recommend a different Location.
