Sklep 5 minut od mieszkania. Całkiem spory balkon.
Niektóre rzeczy miały na sobie plamy i było widać, że potrzeba wymiany na nowe. Na przykład gąbka zawiązywana na krzesłach powinna dawno być zmieniona, ponieważ ma na sobie plamy które się wżarły. Zasłony poplamione i zażółcone. W łazience czuć wilgocią. W mieszkaniu trochę zimno i ciężko to ogrzać. Podłoga w całym domu z kafelek. Prysznic bardzo mały, typowy standard 90x90 na oko. Troszkę niedomyty. Drzwi ciężko chodzą i bardzo ciężko je otworzyć i zamknąć, a szczególnie wejściowe i kuchnia. Mało patelni w kuchni i widać, ze wyposażenie kuchni też ma swoje lata. Jak za taką cenę i krótki pobyt jest wg mnie jak najbardziej okej, ale na dłużej troszkę słabo. (Salon wydawał się większy na zdjęciach).

Za period našeg boravka, van sezone, je dobra lokacija, blizu prodavnica i autobuska stajališta, opremljenost apartmana i funkcionalnost.
Sitnice, poput nedostatka police ili čiviluka u kupatilu i teško otvaranje vrata jer zapinju o pod. Izgrebane teflonske posude. Neudobam dušek u spavaćoj sobi.
