Guest Access: One house #4114 is our rental where you have the entire house, full access.
We live in the other house, #4115, just me, my husband Ogie, and my 2 year old kid, Gio. We would be glad to help with anything as much as we can.
Rental property has its own private backyard, free private parking which can also fit 2 cars, and fast wifi accessible only after check-in. Our home includes a fireplace, but I am not allowing its use; it is strictly for decorative purposes only.
Laundry: for guest use only. Located off the main arctic entry. Fully available for the duration of your stay. Completely free with detergent provided. Please read through the House Rules regarding quiet hours.

The homeowners communication was stellar. Always at the right time, accommodating, helpful, and with very clear instructions.
The location was absolutely perfect for me as I was attending an event at the University of Alaska Anchorage campus and it was a quick 15 minute walk there.
The unit itself was pristine condition, very nice touches, and just what we needed to come "home" to at the end of the night.
The area around the unit it maybe not a 5-star for everyone, but ultimately I never really saw anyone else down there and there are several dead end streets that I think help with foot traffic. I am comfortable and familiar with Anchorage, so the location was not worrisome to me.
