Excelente experiência. Fomos bem recebidos, tiraram todas as nossas dúvidas. Chalé muito lindo e organizado, café da manhã super reforçado. No local tem um restaurante e a comida é maravilhosa. Com certeza voltaremos outras vez!!

Café da manhã maravilhoso e bem completo, entregavam antecipadamente para tomarmos no conforto do chalé, com uma vista linda! O chalé também é excelente, super confortável, moderno. Pedimos alguns itens extras como o fondue e tábua de frios e quando chegamos, tudo já estava no quarto, preparadinho. E detalhe para a decoração do quarto, bem romântica com pétalas de rosas espalhadas. Amei!!
Não houve nada que não tenha gostado, estava tudo ótimo!!

Acomodações excelentes, excelente infraestrutura, tudo muito limpo e de qualidade. Atendimento foi muito bom também, se mostraram a disposição para resolver situações que ocorreram.
Houveram algumas falhas que afetaram a qualidade da nossa estadia. Aparelho refletor de imagem apresentou falhas, não sendo possível usufruir dessa ferramenta. E houve um atraso considerável em servir o café da manhã, também justificado pela equipe, mas trouxe transtorno na experiência.
