The Village House

Perfect location, beautifully decorated, and loved the private backyard space.

Street can be a little noisy at night. Need to keep the windows open to stay cool. This was to be expected though for the location.

Everything about this place is lovely: beautiful furnishings, upscale bathroom and kitchen, and luxurious linens. The location is ideal--it is right in the middle of town, just a few-minute walk from the bus stop and the train station. The town itself is absolutely charming.

The mattress on the double bed in the downstairs room is rather hard.

Outstanding location. Spacious and amenities were excellent.

The decor was lovely and the location was good.

No instructions of how to operate appliances, no instructions for separating garbage, the instructions for gaining access were only sent 24 hours before, we were traveling, did not always have Wi-Fi, so we only got them once we entered the house and accessed the Wi-Fi. As a result, when we arrived, all we had was the address and a phone number. After a bit, the owner did return our call, so we were able to get in. Warning: no shampoo, no soap, not even dish detergent ( although laundry detergent was supplied).
