Beachfront with outstanding views! beach set up included!

Great place! First floor unit but still have a view of the beach. Close to the stairs and the beach access. Complex is nice. Would definitely return. Had to contact the owners twice and they were super helpful and quick to respond. Nothing major just a question here and there.

Booked unit at the last minute due our reserved unit remodel did not get completed in time. We prefer a unit higher than the first floor but the view was as advertised. The TV in great room didnt work for first 2 days but issue resolved by property manager. Beach seating got pretty cramped/crowded on several occasions.Overall a beautifully decorated unit we were fortunate to find at the last minute.

You can’t beat the prime location on the beach, and convenience to the best restaurants and fun activities with kids. Our family loves to come here a little off the season though.

Before arriving, I asked host if there was a reg coffee pot (only seen single serve in pics) & if there was an iron & board. She said no to all. I politely asked if she could get an iron & board. She said no & that there was just the Keurig. To my surprise upon arrival there was a new Keurig w/ single serve as well as reg coffee pot. There was also an iron and a very small board. Not ideal but better than nothing! The condo was pretty much as described. Bathrooms were clean as well as the rest. Some items in the kitchen were dirty (toaster, a few other items). I washed dishes before we used them. There really is only ONE trash bag in the trash can when you arrive so bring extra. There is carpet in the BR which was surprising in an ocean front condo. I just kept my flip flops on. We had issues w/ TV shutting off over & over while watching. They offered to stop by and check it out but we declined as it was vacation for us. Just used cable instead. They had good communication. Although I'd shared we'd be there in the evening the host had apparently sent me messages on VRBO asking if we were there yet. I had no idea as I was driving. I do not have any apps or email installed on my phone and I was using it as GPS. She then text me (again I did not know this as it was dark and I was driving in the country) and then she finally called me. I sent a text that I was still driving and was on the way. I have never had a host inquire so much wondering if we're there. I've never actually had anyone even ask because it's paid before you arrive so if you don't show up they still get paid. Both showers have the worst shower heads ever! It is a very fine wide spray with no water coming out in the middle. And there is NO HOT water. It is only warm. Husband complained as well. You have about 10-15 min tops of warm water. I have long hair so this was not ideal. Big issue w/ condo is the WHOLE ceiling except in bathrooms are covered in mold & it has a musty smell. I have pics and husband is a Contractor in the state we live in as well as in FL. Due to this my husband got a bad sinus infection. We didn't mention it to host as the only option would've been to let them in and clean or move to another condo. Neither was an option as cleaning fumes would've made us both sick and I knew there weren't any other condos available in our price range on the gulf. ALL of our items smelled of musty mildew when we got home & ALL had to be aired or washed.
