Cozy cabin features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full laundry, large open living room, dining & kitchen area. Large bar that offers seating for 6. The covered front porch offers views of 2 beautiful stocked ponds. Covered back deck overlooks an inground private swiming pool. Catch & release fishing is available in the two stocked ponds on the property. This home has room for a large family vacation while offering privacy that would be perfect for a romantic getaway.
This property offers private country settings while still conveniently located within 35 minutes from Johnson City or Kingsport, 45 minutes from Sevierville and less than an hour from Knoxville.
**Note: this property does have a working farm on site. There is cattle in the fenced area and they are fed daily in the evenings. Electric fencing is used around the parameter of the pasture, please use caution.

The property was beautiful! Everything in every room was immaculate!! We stayed on the property to attend our son's wedding in Greeneville. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.

We enjoyed our stay so much! The property was immaculately clean and had everything you could possibly need. It was pleasant and relaxing and the hosts are so kind and responsive.

My family thoroughly enjoyed this property. The host was great in communicating with us and the property offers so many amenities. I will try to list them all but may forget a few. First of all, the house is stocked with anything you might need from bathroom towels, pool towels, fully stocked kitchen with any spice you might need, great lawn for throwing frisbee or playing wiffle ball not to mention the ponds for fishing. The swimming pool with slide was a big hit with the big and small ones! The covered porch was great for all of our meals. The upstairs game area was also allot of fun. The beds were comfortable and plenty of sleeping capacity. The host left a large basket of candy which was a great hit after a long drive for most of the family. The front porch swing was great for coffee in the morning. This was absolutely one of the most stocked VRBO's that I've rented. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!
