I brought my son here from Montana and rented an apartment. It was perfect for our stay and we intend to use this location again

This wasn't even close to the apartment that I got. Apartment was upgraded, but done very cheaply. If you are looking for something a little better than a hotel, this is a good option. If you really are a travelling professional and need a well stocked home, this is not for you. No real storage in kitchen. Limited cooking equipment including no hot pads or baking sheets or utensils. Floor is new, but very uneven which is causing the ends of the panels to come up on the ends. Scratched my feet several times. No hangers at all. My unit has a small covered entrance, but you had to dance around the a/c unit to get in plus it flooded from a leak in the roof when it rained. I also noticed 3 racoons climbing into a hole in the roof while I was staying there. Says it's a non smoking house, but I feel like at least 2 of my neighbors were smoking inside. Has a lot of fines such as $25 if you leave the lights on or leave something in the fridge when you leave. Lots of places to sleep, but it would be nice to actually have a sofa or an easy chair to sit on. Beds aren't that comfortable to sit on, plus one of the beds is right in front of the a/c so you are leaning against it. Light over porch never goes off so light still streams into bedroom past blackout curtains.
