We spend as a family of three two full weeks here. The appartment is very well located, all options of public transport are within reach. We loved the classic restaurants, cafes and pastelerias in the neighborhood. Further you will find everything you need just around the corner: several supermarkets, lavanderia, fruit vendors. The appartment itself is very stylish an has an perfect floorplan. The extra-long balcony is nice to sit on with the morning coffee an a wine in the evening or reading. Our favorite place is the “Praca Paiva Couceiro” nearby to hanging out with a few drinks after a long day in the city. Our host P. is a very friendly and nice guy. We can recommend this apartment without any doubt and would love to come again.

Pedro ci ha accolto con informazioni interessanti sul suo bellissimo appartamento storico e ristrutturato. In 4 persone siamo stati benissimo. Essendo esposto sia a nord che a sud, aprendo le finestre si arieggia facilmente.

Relativ geräumiges Apartment in Altbaugebäude am Rande des Stadtzentrums von Lissabon. Anbindung zum Zentrum sehr gut, da Metro und Busstation fußläufig. Parkplatzsuche für Auto je nach Tageszeit möglicherweise etwas schwierig. Hohe Zimmerdecken, teilweise mit Stuck und Kronleuchtern. Check-In war unkompliziert. Ausführliche Tipps für die Umgebung, schnelle Reaktion des Gastgebers.

Die Dusche im Bad ist alt und die Rillen der Fliesen in der Dusche dreckig, der Duschvorhang ebenfalls nicht geputzt und gehört schon längst ausgetauscht. Nicht besonders schön, wenn man der Dusche gegenüber auf der Toilette sitzt und immer den vergilbten Duschvorhang direkt vor Augen hat. An der Decke im Bad graue Flecken (Schimmel?). Das Waschbecken in der Küche sehr klein, leider keine Spülmaschine. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche spritzt nach allen Seiten, wenn man ihn voll aufdreht und gehört auch repariert. Das Doppelbett war okay, aber die zwei Einzelbetten sind billig und nicht besonders stabil. Keine Nachttische oder Stellmöglichkeiten für die Koffer oder um überhaupt irgendetwas hinzustellen. Wir waren in 8 Apartments/Ferienwohnungen auf unserer Portugal-Reise von Faro bis Porto, davon war diese leider die schlechteste und dazu noch die teuerste. Kein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Leider keine Empfehlung.
