Our second time at Darrowby Barn and hopefully not the last

Second time here, great place in a brilliant location. Comfortable and clean. Fabulous walking routes ( and pubs) near by.

A later checkout would be good as 10 does feel early.

A great few days chilling out in lovely surroundings

Property was in a great location, really well equipped, comfortable and clean.

Not really dislikes but as the bedroom windows were on the ground floor and facing the (quiet) road you felt the need to keep the blinds shut for privacy. The only parking available was in the country park car park a short walk away but no problems during our stay.

the kitchen was well stocked with necessities and the living/dining area was a nice space. The beds were comfortable and the general location was good for walking into town (just off a side street so no traffic noise)

the bathrooms were tiny with no space for even a toothbrush by the sink. there is a town clock nearby that chimes every hour.

Highly recommended for a great Grassington stay

A truly exceptional and wonderful place to stay. The Barn has been beautifully converted, and location in Grassington is second to none. Andy and Silvia made contact with us upon arrival and ensured that we had everything we needed. After that, the Barn was all ours! We hope to return at some stage.

Homely, comfy and clean stay in newly refurbished barn. Excellent.

Location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Grassington. The newly refurbished barn is beautiful, clean, modern with traditional touches - very nicely done. It really felt like home. The host called me beforehand to see if I had any questions or any help with the trip, he also explained how to get the keys. Can not complain about a single thing, highly recommend!

At the time of stay there was intermittent internet access, however I understand this is a temporary issue and will be resolved soon. Otherwise, no issues at all.
