About this house rental
Be in the Heart of Downtown Gatlinburg while staying in the City Bear Cabin. This spacious home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 king with adjoining bath and 1 queen bedroom. The large living room area has a gas burning fireplace and overlooks the outdoor patio area with hot tub and gas fire-pit. The large modern kitchen and dining area has seating for 10, a half bath, and is just off of the bonus room where fun awaits with pool table and game machine. This was the perfect location for us. We wanted to be close to downtown without paying for parking. This house allowed us to park and walk. We didn't have to move the car unless we wanted to leave. It was great and provided plenty of space for our family.

A great home with room to spread out and relax. So close to the main attractions in Gatlinburg.
The beds are comfortable, pillows ok.
We would stay here again. Such an easy location.

We were in town a week for a dance competition at the convention center. This is a perfect location to stay if you are going to be in and out at the convention center for any event! It’s a short walk across a parking lot to the entrance. You will save on travel time and parking fees! The house is so much more spacious than what the pictures make it seem. Two families stayed together and we all had space to hang together or take a break from each other. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for the week and the gas grill is a major plus. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. The hot tub and fire pit are a great way to relax after a long day. If you are looking for convenience to the convention center and parkway, this is the perfect location for you!
