Great location in lilington with plenty of room to stretch out and visit with our in town family. My son enjoyed walking to the park and playing nearby. The king bed was a little worn down, but no complaints from my brother and grandmother in the other rooms. We would love to stay here again.

Had a great time! Property was great!! Perfect for a family get together. Found a great little restaurant called Pooch’s that was just amazing!!! We’ll definitely be back

Great location!
Backyard driveway entrance was rough even for our large SUV.
BUT, plenty of parking.
Keyless entry garage door, smooth transition. Rickety and loose railing, dangerous.
Storm door with no glass or a screen.
Awesome laundry/mud room. Unfortunate smell of cigarette smoke from previous owners is overwhelming. Problematic for those with allergies and migraines.
Overall clean appearance but a few dead ‘critters’ found on the floor and sticky table top surfaces.
Dimly lit kitchen. Cooktop light was out.
Spacious open dining room and living room area. Spacious bedrooms and closets. Unfortunately, all mattresses were very soft and uncomfortable.
Spacious bathrooms. Outlet in the hall bath did not work.
Bathroom countertops showed cigarette burn marks.
Towels were mismatched, old and overly used.
Great enclosed porch and deck.
Unaware that it was shared with another rental unit. Two large dogs were chained to the front porch that continually barked during our stay.
This home has GREAT potential. Must address the lingering smoke odor and bad mattresses.
Hopefully this review will help with improvements.

This duplex was clean and convenient to a terrific park that hosted several events during our stay. Restaurants and workout facilities were also nearby.
